About Me

Since 2003, I have practiced law in Dallas, Texas, with a focus on Corporate & Securities law. Prior to this, I was an Associate with Andrews Kurth LLP representing a diverse mix of clients, from Fortune 500 companies, to hedge funds and private equity funds, to startup companies. Although working at Andrews Kurth was rewarding and enjoyable, I was given an opportunity to bring my experience and services to a new group of clients that I would have been unable to reach while working for a big law firm. My focus now is providing legal services to businesses, especially small businesses and entrepreneurs, at a level they would receive at a big law firm, but at a cost that is reasonable to the client.

Currently, I practice at Basinger, Leggett, Clemons, Bowling, Shore & Crouch, PLLC as a Corporate & Securities attorney. For more information about my firm, please visit us at www.blcblaw.com.
